Sample dilution.
The amount of D-glucose present in the cuvette (i.e. in the 0.05 mL of sample being analysed) should range between 4 and 80 µg. The sample solution must therefore be diluted sufficiently to yield a D-glucose concentration between 0.08 and 1.6 g/L.
