胰化明膠(pancreatic digest of gelatin)➡️當作氮源
甘油(glycerol)➡️當作碳源
溴化十六烷基三甲銨(cetrimide)➡️抑菌物質，可抑制多種革蘭氏陽性菌和部分陰性菌
氯化鎂(MgCl2)、硫酸鉀(K2SO4)➡️可促使綠膿桿菌產生毒素和色素，並於此培養基中產生綠色的典型菌落
- 配置方法
1. Suspend 45.3 grams of the medium in 1 liter of purified water.
2. Add 10mL of Glycerol.
3. Heat with frequent agitation and boil for one minute to completely dissolve the medium.
4. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.
5. Cool to 45-50°C.
