The formula may be adjusted and/or supplemented as required to meet performance specifications.
- 配製方法
1. Dissolve 27.6 grams of the medium in one liter of purified water.
2. Heat with frequent agitation to completely dissolve the medium, if necessary.
3. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.
4. Cool to 45 - 50°C and aseptically add 50 mL of lysed horse blood and 2 vials of NCM4074-0.5* Campylobacter Bolton (with Amphotericin) each reconstituted using 5 mL sterile 50% ethanol.
5. Note: Blood-Free Campylobacter Enrichment Broth, Bolton's (2X Concentration) is described by the USDA.
