Letheen洋菜(Letheen agar) | 32 g |
胰化酪蛋白腖(trypticase peptone) | 5 g |
硫蛋白腖(thiotone peptone) | 10 g |
酵母抽出物(yeast extract) | 2 g |
氯化鈉 | 5 g |
亞硫酸氫鈉(NaHSO3) | 0.1 g |
洋菜(agar) | 5 g |
蒸餾水 | 1000 mL |
- 配製方法
1. Suspend 52.1 grams of the medium and 7 mL of NCM4081-100 Tween 80 in one liter of purified water.
2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil for one minute to completely dissolve the medium.
3. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.
4. Cool to 45-50°C.
